Hi i dont know the email i setup my account with , it was on auto pay from my credit card for so long so i didnt bother logging in. Now i got new credit card and dont have access to my account.

I have a problem signing in
@Smechan1 did it say account locked? If so you will have to wait 3 hours to try again
Then try to reset the password using the Forgot Password link there.
If that doesn't help, open a ticket with PM Support to have them reset the password for you:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

If a top up is required to keep going. Would it not be prudent to buy a voucher and top up over *611 for the short haul.

@Uroobaimtiaz are you in a rush to update your credit card or your service will be cut off soon (or already ?)
if not rush, then wait for PM support to reply. Their official respond time is within 72 hours but they usually reply within 1 to 2 hours. Yes, weekend and holiday could be longer
If you waited 4 hours and if you urgently need to get back in, try to open another ticket again.
In the meantime, did you try to use the Forgot Password link ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ ) and try to put in any email address you have , once a correct email address is entered, it will move to step 2. But the next challenge is to answer the Security question that you have set up yourself before.

If you followed the recommendation of using the same email for the Community as for you My Account. Then try it.

You'll need to contact a CSA to get it straightened out. Top of this page, click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
