I Don't see $39/30GB for 90 days plan when I signed in to my account to change subscription. Is there anyway I can solve this?

I think $39/30GB for 90 days has misleading. 

My first see this I feel is $39/30GB for 90 days, not $117 for 90GB for 90 days.

actually, I think, most people is good enough for $39/30GB/90 days, not need 90GB for 90 days for $117.

@Chopstickboy   the plan is still there.  You can try to use Incognito mode to login and check again

and remember, you need to click on the plan, then you will be given the option to pick 30 or 90 days plan out of that particular one:

The plan is still availiable except for customers in the province of Quebec where a different promotion is ongoing at the moment.  In your account, select the $44 plan.  You'll then be given the option to choose the 90 day/90GB plan for $117.
