I mixed my Dougherty username and main can you please transfer my public mobile telus or koodo because u give hard time.

If you are porting over to Telus or Koodo. You don’t need to access your account if it is Active.

You will need to go into a Telus/ Koodo retailer and active the new SIM.
Just keep the PM SIM in your phone and wait for the text confirming you are porting to another carrier.

@soojeede   Not really sure what you're asking or wanting to do, but your username for the self serve account is your email.   Try logging into the account using incognito/private mode or another browser.

You should also click the downward arrow on your other post and select edit and then delete your tel. # from it as you're posting on an open public forum.
