HI, I have an account that is suspeneded by a couple of days (I think last day was oct.27). The reason for that is because I was intending to port my number out. I'm having a hard time porting the number out. I was just wondering if my account has to be active to be able to port out?
If it does have to be active, what is the best way I can reactivate it without having to pay for the full 3 months again.

The cheapest plan you can select for this is the 30 day TEXT ONLY plan. You must select 1 service, and TXT is the least expensive.

Account has to be active in order to port. Your cheapest option is to select a bare minimum 30 day plan. Since the account is suspended, plan change need to go through the moderator team.
