Do the Moderators work on weekends? Have private messaged the moderator team to ask if they would please reset my account but have not received any response. I'm assuning that they work Monday to Friday - is this correct?

Unfortunately, the average wait times is about 1-3 days recently due to overwhelming demand on the various promotions. There is no automated reply when the moderators received your message or request.

Usually they are respond within 2 days on weekday for me. Not sure about weekend recently. should be less staffed.
