Do i still can receive text while i am travelling?

I am wondering while i am travelling to other country(South Korea) do i still receiving text message?

I am using $15 plan.

No you will not. Public Mobile only offers roaming Addons for the USA.  

You would have to buy a local sim card in Korea.

Alternatively you could look into the app called TEXTNOW. You will have a Canadian number in your area which will allow you to text and call Canadian and USA numbers for free over wifi or data connection. People can text/call you and even leave you a voicemail when your not connected.

@kookoo1378 you will not receive PM text messages in South Korea. Try either getting a local SIM, or using a voip app such as TextNow over WiFi to make/ send/ receive  calls and texts .
