Do i need to pay a full month bill if i leave public mobile?

Hi guys,

I am the 4.5 GB at 3G speeds for $40 user, i payed my last bill on 10th Sep.

If i leave public mobile now, do i need to pay another $40?

or do i just pay the 7 days, 7/30*$40 = $10 bill?

As PM is a prepaid service, you pay for the monthly charges upfront. If you leave earlier than the next billing date, no refunds and no further charges incurred. If you stay 1 day in the next billing month, you need to p[ay for the next whole month.

Because Public Mobile is a prepaid service, you won't have to pay anything more when you leave. When you paid $40 on Sept. 10, that was for 30 days of service starting on Sept. 10. Whether you leave after 1 day of service or 29 days of service, you won't pay any more or any less.

@rockxlee, when you paid on September 10th, that was for the period of Sept 10-Oct 9.  So you owe nothing, and you can port out without any issues.

Please note, there will be no refund of unused services.  You may wish to delay your port until closer (but before) October 9th.
