Do i need to pay a full month bill if i leave public mobile?

Hi guys,I am the 4.5 GB at 3G speeds for $40 user, i payed my last bill on 10th Sep.If i leave public mobile now, do i need to pay another $40?or do i just pay the 7 days, 7/30*$40 = $10 bill? thanks
