i’m having an issue with my mom cell phone. Her cell phone was disconnected because we had an issue with the credit card but we fix the credit card issue and now the payments won’t come off so I’m trying to figure out how to get public mobile to take the payments off again, and I don’t know how to access her account because when I set up the phone I just bought a Sim card and set it up that way

Does the credit card on file have the same info as the current card? (Name, expiry date, card #, CVV and postal code? If so do you know the 4 digit account PIN #? If yes then call 611 from the phone or 1 855 4PUBLIC from another phone and enter the 10 digit phone #. You can make a payment after entering the 4 digit account PIN #.

Or pay with Public Mobile vouchers (no fee) or instant top ups (Canadian Tire gas bars or Mobil stations for a $1 fee) available at retail shops or online at muskbird.com.

Vouchers at muskbird.com are delivered to your email in about 5 minutes to be loaded via the 611/IVR system (no PIN # needed) and instant top ups (choose Public Mobile-RTR) are nearly instantly added to the account and will automatically reactivate the account as long as the funds equal or exceed the plan amount and the account us not suspended via lost/stolen.

Muskbird.com charges a 10% fee ($1 per $10) for payments made via PayPal or a credit card. E-transfers/interac payments are charged a 0.03% fee ($0.03 per $10).

After reactivation you can then contact customer support to gain account access.

Login on her account on the PM app then to Payment tab>Update Card Information or Add Funds with Credit Card or vouchers.

If you are having issues login. Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent for an agent to help you login to her account or make payments.

supposingly, you just login the account and make the payment.  But sounds like you don't have the access to the account, so you need PM to help.  But you cannot login so you cannot open ticket with chatbot, you will need to message PM using the link here
