How do i set up a direct deposit for payment

Once you set up My Account just go to your payment section and it walks you through it, fairly standard. Just make sure everything is entered in correctly.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode, Login Page

and go to payment and add CC information.

You don't need SIM card to register for pre authorized payment.  Need your credit card information. Public mobile does accept Visa debit and other credit cards.

That is not an option. The best you can do is register a credit card for auto pay/ auto renewal.
