Certified Pre-owned Phones

I am trying to by a certified pre-owned phone and when I get to the part to put in my email or login as an existing customer it tells me that my email or password is incorrect. I can login to my account and community with my passwords, but not when trying to buy a certified pre-owned phone. How do I resolve this?

Not ideal or user friendly unfortunately, but yes you need to use several different logins for various things related to PM, maybe one day they will combine them altogether in a sleeker fashion, fingers crossed.

PM account, Community account and shopping account are three different accounts.

If you never bought anything from PM (phone) you have to create new account for shopping only.

@moniquemowat  - this is a different login than both your Community and Self Serve account (if you are already an existing customer).

So, create a new profile/login for this area, OR, checkout as a Guest.
