Difficulty setting up Voicemail

Strange situation here:

I have never set up my voicemail.  The first time I tried it was in French, and I cannot get in to change it to English.  I have tried to follow the solutions I found in other posts, but it didn't work for me.  I think this is because my voicemail has never been fully set up. 

Any one have some advice?

Either that or possibly try resetting your voicemail password in your My Account. That might flip it to English.

@aj22 Looks like your account was set up in French. You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and they will change it from their end. They are gone for the day so expect a reply sometimes tomorrow.
