Signed up and choose esim
Replied to port txt from Telus looks like everything went through
Went into the app and it said we need to confirm for full access but we don't get the txt message. Tried to resend it but still nothing
What can I do next?

I had the SIM card in and reset the phone, it was like it just needed to know the SIM was there.

Is your Telus SIM in your phone?
You need the old Telus SIM in your phone to receive the 2FA code after you activate the eSIM.

@Greencabbage you need PM to help to get via it. You can open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

If you click on "Didn't get code"... there should be an option there to send to your email instead.
