Didn't get the 20gb I paid for

I wanted the promotion of 20gbs for $55 but after I paid and it was applied to my account, it only says I have 10gb so the promo didn't go through ? I would like the other 10gb of data with the plan that I tried to purchase

If you are within the promotion period when you activated, you should be able to receive this @KionaC 

 

If you DON'T show the plan under your account, contact the CSA's by going under the Get Help section above and search for Customer Support Agent.

 

You can also private message them by going into your mailbox icon upper right, create new message, then send it to CS_Agent
