I sent a message but didn't receive a response as of yet. I understand there is a threshold to obtain the bonus data but it seems unfair to loyal customers that have lower cost plans

here's the reply from Customer Support when I asked about the Loyalty offer...
"Please note that the promo is available for customers with rate plans between $25-$35. If you willing to change the plan I'll be happy to apply the promo to your account."

Hhhmmm, this is the second free data promo I didn't get. Disappointing.

Looks like not everyone getting this bonus dataz and also, they are giving different amount of data
Looka like anyone with a $34 plan and above will get it, and not sure if they are giving it to those with cheaper plans
So, it is best to ask PM yourself. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
