Did we all get new logins?

I haven't been here a while, tried to login and it said I had to use an email not a user ID. Which is fine, I used my PM login but now it says I've ranked up to "New in Town" with 0 posts and 1 bravo given (giving that bravo is what triggered forcing me to login). No big deal except it means I have threads from the past that might get replies and that I might want to know about.

Did they really simply replace all the old logins, or is there some way to carry my old info over to an email-based login?

Thank you all. I will contact the agent. My only experience with EverSafe is getting a text every time I want to login and check the account.

Yes, with new system ALL log ins are (or have to be made) in sync.

There was a process with first sign in to convert Community ID to EverSafe system.
If that did not occur for you, contact agent (create a ticket or direct mail) to see if he can bring back your old Community ID in sync with your email.

What you actually need to do is to ask support to link the old username to your new Eversafe account. You would want to know that the ticketing system is broken and so you need to send them a private message. (not a ticket)
