Did not receive my 1GB data for 6 month promotion

Hello,

I applied for the promotion that said I would receive 1GB data for 6 months. I don't remember the exact date that I had applied, but once I entered my email id, it said that I would qualify for the promotion if I activated my account before December 4th 2020.

I have activated my account yesterday (23-Nov-2020) and I don't see this promotion being applied to my account. Is this something that would be applied later?

Please let me know whom I can contact regarding this.

For that promotion people have till December 4th to activate a sim card.

So start checking for it to be applied around the 9th or later of December as it's credited within 30 business of activation but before renewal time..

If you used a referral code for a $10 signup bonus. That credit is applied within 72 hours of activation.

The first credit will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans within 30 days of activating, credits 2-6 will be applied before each renewal date.
