Changing the same plan for the new promotion

I would like to keep the same plan but want to use the promotion so I can save few dollars per month. Can I do that if so how?

Promotion and promo codes are usually for new activations.  Not existing customers.  Please provide more details on what you are requesting.

We don't see all plans on our My Account.  PM system only selects plans that they think we need and not showing all plans to everyone

So, what plans you currently on and what plan you want to change to ?
