Oh I replied YES as shown in the blue bubble,
Seems like the plan was made available, so I just manually changed it now

@Seaweed yes, many members able to change plan by a YES reply
login to My Account again using Incognito mode to confirm what is your current plan. And check Plan & add-on page-> change my plan to confirm if there is any scheduled plan change
if really no plan scheduled or no plan was changed, schedule a change yourself for next renewal

It didn't seem to work on the first go round of this method but it did schedule the plan on the second time. I didn't actually want it as I was testing the reply so I removed the scheduled plan change. It wasn't immediate either. I only noticed it checking on things before my renewal after not seeing it immediately after.
Adding - did you tap that yes or did you type in the yes?
