Did I get charged twice? Lost referral bonuses too because of it.

What the title says. Just noticed my referral bonuses were gone and couldn't figure out why.Screenshot3.png

Contact mod if you know refferal still with public Mobile,Maybe they didn't top up their account causing this issue.

If you didn't recieve a referal bonus it could be because the person you refered either left PM or their account was suspended.

 

It looks like payment did go throught twice. I would suggest calling *611 and see if it matches your online statment. Did you change your plan that day and select to change immediately? If not you will need ot contact a moderator here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and have them look into it.

The $1/30days cycle referral credit depending on your referral staying with PM.  When  your referral's account is suspended, you will not get any credit for that referral.

 

Something is not correct.  The 5GB 3G plan is $40/30days cycles.  PM took $70 from your account.  Please post other payment history before Dec 27.

 

When was your renewal date?  Dec 27?
