how do I dial Belgium? 

I've tried +32 , and 011 32 

nothing worked, running out of patience. just spent one hour trying to get support on this simple matter!

That is because Belgium is not on the list of countries for long distance calling on PM.

011-32 is right, but the trick to call Europe is to drop the 0 in the area code

like Mechelen has area code 015, but you only call 011-32-15-(the rest of the phone number)
