It would be quicker and easier to login to your Self Serve account and print out View Payment History and View My Usage.
Remember to click on drop down menu for Last 7 days or Last 30 days history of usage.

@bradleybell what do you need specifically for a detailed bill? rather than contacting Agents monthly,, some people buy vouchers from stores and that has the gst/pst info on it usable for taxes and combined with a screenshot of it bein applied might suffice.

is no opinion to send email but you can Request a invoice for 12 month
from Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

@bradleybell you have to open ticket with PM support and have them prepare you a proper invoice. It could take a bit of time, around 3 weeks. So,it is better to request every couple months instead of monthly. Every 3 months or even 6 months would be ideal.
