hi, i just topped up my account with $120, but i realized i have autopay. I assume with autopay that it will take $120 directly from my bank account instead of the $120 i deposited on the website. Am I correct in assuming that? Is there a way to refund the money? thanks.

There's no refunds with prepaid. Money placed in account is money spent.

Sorry, I have added the refund paragraph to my original reply while you were posting...
Generally put: Being a prepaid service, there are no refunds at PM. Your balance stays in your account until it's used towards a renewal or buying an add-on.

Ok. Well there should be money left-over then. I guess I could leave it in for the next payment, in 3 months... But, is there a way to my withdraw money?

Available funds (manual top-ups with vouchers or credit card, rewards) will be applied first. If there is still money owed after that it will be applied to the registered credit card.
PM is a completely prepaid service, so as a general rule there are no refunds. Your balance will be applied towards your next renewal.
