Hello,
I want to remove my card on file and pay monthly without a card on file as I have been charged twice this month and this issue needs to be addressed.
How can I remove a card and pay monthly without a card on file?
I would like a refund please.

Please contact your credit card company first to make sure it actually was a double charge. Sometimes "PENDING" charges can stick for a bit. I know in December/January credit card invoice, pending charges stuck on a bit longer. If they say it's a double charge for sure, the yes, reach out to a CS Agent for a credit to your account or refund. However, if you are still on the old Legacy Reward system, you'll lose your $2 monthly discount. Just sharing info you may not have thought of.

and remember PM is every 30 days not monthly , but ice card is removed from account you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 @Bia_239
