the reward redemption is usually instant, but can take up to 24 hours
Use Incognito/Private/secret mode on your browser to check if the $15 is added to your My Account's Availalble fund and if PM deducts your rewards points
If over 24 hours and see no sign of the $15, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Points redemption gets added to your Public Mobile account's availiable balance. Please check there for it.
