  • My phone got transferred from previous carrier , 4 days ago  no eSIM sent no support can’t get into account to stop payment which I assume they will take money anyway  . Had to go back to previous carrier because need phone for work! Thanks for all the aggravation payment

Did you reply to the text from your previous carrier confirming you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute window to reply.

If you didn’t reply, your old SIM/eSIM will continue to work until porting is completed.

@Buffoven  work with support to get it fixed or ask them to remove credit card info from the account right away so you won’t be charged again
