It's December 16th and I didn't receive the text with the offer to accept the 2GB and 500mins international.
Could any of you help me figure this out? I get all texts from Public Mobile otherwise. I've been a customer for a year and I received the texted offer last year and accepted it.

Contact agent to manually add holiday bonus.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

You can chat with Simon for this matter, if Simon can’t help, he would let you open a ticket.

Try replying YES2 to 4911
If it doesn't work, then you'll have to get a CSA to manually add it.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
