My parents both received a 5213 offer to get 15GB data for $26/month, but I didn't receive this offer. I would like to switch to this plan if that is possible.

I have 2 plans. 1 at $15 and 1 at $25. I got the offer on the 25$ plan to change to the 24$ plan 2 months ago.
The 15$ plan didn't get an offer. I messaged. They said no. I messaged again. They said no.
They will eventually offer me on that too. I'm patient.
Customer for 5+ years 🙄

I have never receiverd a plan offer. Somebody on a higher priced plan probably won't get one. The offers are to get customers to upgrade.

Thanks for your reply. I am currently on the $25/month plan, my parents are on the same plan.

@-Heather- - That offer was a targeted offer. It would be a plan that is more expensive than their current plan. You can try asking for it, but unless you are on a lower priced plan, it is unlikely that you would be able to get it.
What plan are you currently on?

it's only available to those who receive the offer...but if you message Customer Support they might let you have it.
