Nobody can see the status of your Public Mobiile account. We are all customers. Log into your Self Serve account to check for your balance details and reward balances in the payment area.

To find out when your renewal is, dial 611 and you'll know when you'll need to have sufficient funds on your account to cover your next renewal.
