When I renewed my husbands phone I somehow ended up with 2 accts. I’d like to cancel one of them so I’m not paying dbl. his number is 250-xxx-xxxx

By simpling renewing your plan, you should not have created a second account. What exactly happened? Were you double billed?
Maybe you added extra funds into one account. You would have needed to activate a second account with a different SIM card and usually a different email address.

For PM account, one email for only one phone number. You must have another login for your other account. if you are unsure which login for which account, ask PM agent to help
