Once again, I am hoping a moderator can help me out with my porting issue.
I followed the guidelines & submitted a PM to the modertors. But my message on Nov 18 was still not read.
Is that a timeline that I should expect?

I'm in the same boat. I finally got ahold of them after about 7 days and they said they'll fix it and should be working in 24-48hrs
its been about 96hrs now with still the same issues

I had better luck reaching them on Twitter/Facebook when I had my porting issue. I would try that and hopefully customer service gets improved soon. 10 days in ridiculous
