Once again, I am hoping a moderator can help me out with my porting issue. I followed the guidelines & submitted a PM to the modertors. But my message on Nov 18 was still not read. Is that a timeline that I should expect?
My OLD Rogers SIM still works (DATA, IN & OUT calls) My NEW PM SIM only works with Data & Outgoing call which shows up with my old Rogers phone #. Obviously, I cannot receive calls and SMS with my old Rogers phone # at this new SIM.
