Had error while porting my number over.
Sent PMs to the Mods. None of my messages were read.
Any Mods can help me out?

My OLD Rogers SIM still works (DATA, IN & OUT calls)
My NEW PM SIM only works with Data & Outgoing call which shows up with my old Rogers phone #. Obviously, I cannot receive calls and SMS with my old Rogers phone # at this new SIM.

I'm in the exact same boat.
Recieved an error on the last page of activation.
Credit Card was charged.
FIDO SIM is still active.
PM SIM - does not recieve all texts, does not recieve incoming calls.
I believe the port is stuck. Waiting since the 19th, paying two phone bills.

It could be that wrong information was given. Such as wrong Account number, Invalid account holder name or wrong IMEI number.
Try your old sim card. If your old sim card still works means that your number was not ported at all. Try signing into your old cell phone account.

Hi,
try messaging them on twitter they got back to me today (4/5 days later) but they respond there MUCH faster.
also it might just be due to entering the wrong IMEI or account number (old provider) as it is sensitive to dashes and etc.

Have you tried your old sim? does it work?
wha happens when you put in your PM Sim?
