Seeing how you were a customer of wind Mobile, if you are using that same phone and it is from Wind mobile I do not think it would work : it is on a different frequency.

I have been charged twice as well. I signed up for the $120.00 promo on November 14th and my simcard was activated. However, After checking my credit card balance it shows that I paid for this transaction twice. Please help
