I have payed my phone bill but my data does not work at all. If i turn my data on my phone will say "data connection allowed" and yet my data connection...isnt connected......? Can anyone help me

You can log into your self serve account to see if there is data plan. Also check your APN settings. https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
