My data is being used somehow after midnight several times a week even though my wifi is on and I’m not using my phone. How is this happening and all of my data has been used already.

Hi, thanks for the response. I didn’t have any daily usage since as I said I was only on wifi. If it’s just a start up message and doesn’t really use data that’s fine, but I’ll monitor it to make sure. I even turned off my data when I saw that to make sure it wasn’t being used and I turned all of my apps off for updates, background checks, etc. hopefully that helps.

The middle of the night usage is the total daily usage. PM adds the usage in a single entry like that
And it is normal PM always shows a 100Mb usage even you didn't use anything. This is the startup usage. From what we knowz although it shows 100Mb, it didn't really eat into your monthly allowance

Mine is doing that too and I know I couldn’t have used data because my subscription just renewed today and I’ve been on wifi all day. Why would it show I used data in the middle of the night when my phone was not being used and on wifi?

As Softech mentioned already, it does update twice a day. If I may suggest, depending on what phone you have, you can reset your statistics on Apple or Android phones. Then watch them the apps that use data to understand what's being used more. Also, you can download a data monitoring app to see what's being used. This may help you understand it more.

PM does not update the data usage constantly. In fact, it only update it twice a day.
So, any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry. The early morning usage you see on the Usage log does not mean it was used in the morning but a total usage for the last 12 hours.
Also, for correct usage reading, always use Incognito mode to login My Account to avoid reading cached old info
