My account shows I have 2 gig left but I'm getting messages saying I used my data up , I don't know where I stand and no one to talk to

@Tedk which browser you are using? and you are accessing on computer or phone?
generally , for Chrome, click on the 3 dots, then select New Incognito Windows. A new window will be opened and you just access My Account there

I've found that the information on the accounts page isn't updated until you manually do so with the refresh icon under each section.

@Tedk With this new My Account site, there is lots of problem with caching. I always use Incognito mode to login to make sure I get the correct updated info from the server

@Tedk hi it is possible that you are looking at a cached version of your account data,you need to delete your cache and cookies or use a different browser in private or incognito mode,reboot and sign back in
