Hi,
I was messing around with my iPhone settings (something I probably shouldn't have done) and wound up (seemingly) locking myself out of my iPhone. I am getting the following prompt:
Unlock your SIM
SIM Card PUK Locked
Enter Puk for SIM Card
I bought the original SIM from Amazon 2+ years ago and the only packaging I kept for it does not have any 'PUK' (or any variations) listed on it. I tried toggling the SIM Lock on/off with no luck. I also tried guessing the password a few times (0000, 1234, etc) but it appears I only have 5 more chances until I'm permanently locked out from my phone.
Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks.

@cs3682 You’ll have to send a message to a CSA agent explaining your issue and they will sort things out for you
