Good to know…lots of changes on the new website.

Yes, buying add-on is now a true shopping cart experience.  Just tried last week.  Fast and easy

The above instructions about a two step method no longer apply.

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

  1. Add funds to your PM account: Any funds to buy add-ons come from your balance, so manually add funds to your available balance first.
  2. Buy Add-On: You will actually buy the add-on after you add funds to your account or else you won't have funds to actually buy the add-on. Funds to buy add-on come from Your account (after adding funds in step #1) and not directly from your credit card.

Purchased Add-ons should show up on Plan Details page. Bonus add-on should be on Overview/Main page.

All countable features will show up on the overview page. Unlimited features show up in Plan Details. ie. roaming talk and text.

@Ohms - just to add, addons will only work on an Active public mobile plan. So if you are currently suspended, you will need to reactivate your services for any addons to work.

Then again, if this is your case, you plan data would replenish on reactivation.

HI @Ohms

To get data again after you have used up the current cycle's , there are different ways

The easiest way is to buy addon , there are choices of 1GB for $15 or 200Mb for $5.  The good thing for this is that add-ons are non-expiring.  If you do not use them up before the next cycle comes, the remaining data will be roll over for next cycle as a back up.

Another way you can do it yourself is to change the plan now.  Pick any other plan different from your current one and select Change plan now.  The only bad thing for this way is that PM will start a new cycle now, the unused days for the current cycle will be wasted

Last way, similar to change plan above is to have an early renewal of your current plan.  However, you cannot do it yourself, you have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to renew for you.  To cut down back and forth time, you might want to load enough money onto My Account, so PM Support can make the plan change sooner, after they validate your identity
