I have auto updates turned off and have not been out of my home wi-fi range for 2 days but data usage has gone up by 7MB. What am I missing?

If you want save your data, turn to airplane mode when have no wifi.

It was from systems apps, mostly youtube but I have system apps set to use wi-fi only

@martik777 hi 7 mb is hardly anything if you put your phone in airplane mode for a few seconds   you may get a little over five  mb back

@martik777 it's probably just the 5mb data buffer that gets enabled when using mms

only enable data when you plan on using it. otherwise leave it disabled.
