I hit my data limit last month because I had kids streaming on a road trip. I bought a top up. It reset 15 days ago.
i hit my usage cap again (apparently). I went through my data usage and I’ve used less than 4 gigs.
i assume this is a glitch after the top up ran out but i had to buy more data just to get support and, 1 day later, no closer to getting it fixed.
wtf.

Login to your account on the PM app or website to check your actual data usage. Your usage is updated twice a day…around noon or midnight.
It is more accurate than the phone data counter.

@Athain Is it possible you have a data limiter set on your phone by any chance and that’s the issue

maybe time to upgrade to a plan with a bit more data. There's some perdy good plans available right now.
