Anyone else that hasn't had their data usage summary updated in over 2 weeks? I cleared the app cache and it's still showing "Last updated July 10th".

I am not seeing the same problem. There are two data usage events per day.

@MMK1 Thanks that worked. I swear I did that already, but I guess it didn't work. All good now.

1) Navigate to the area of the screen in the first picture you've shown.
2) Swipe down, and then a small "reload" type of icon will quickly appear then disappear.
3) Afterwards, the "Last updated" will display the current time, and you will see the GB used updated to match the time at which you "reloaded" the screen.

What happens if you use browser to check, is the usage the same?

or try to logout the app?
