My usage shows that I have used data several times, but the data is off on my phone and I have not used data at all. Can you explain why this happened and have that data usage removed from my records?

@Fp12 the data usage is removed because it has been used up.
contact customer support mods if you feel this is incorrect
type "data wrong"

Perhaps post a screen snip of that usage page showing the data lines and we can see what you mean.
Your phone might have the wifi failover setting where if and when the wifi weakens then it automatically switches to cell data.
Or are you seeing MMS looking like usage?
But at the end of the day, it's the front overview page that is the most accurate and will show what is actually being consumed out of your data bucket.
