Hello!
I usually use my phone's data tracker to make sure I'm not getting close to my limit, but today I logged into my Public and saw that it is showing a different data use. Public is using the 5th of the month as the start and my phone is using the 15th. Any way to fix this?

@Vogellisi PM is running on a 30 days cycle and NOT monthly. So, your cycle start date will shift one day after a 31 days month. For your phone tracker to be accurate, you have to manually change the cycle start day. Or you can also use app like Data Usage Manager (Android) or My Data Manager (iOS) which you can setup to automatically change the cycle to 30 days cycle
Also, when you check your usage on My Account, please always use Incognito mode as it has some cache issue on the site. And if you check the Usage page, please download the file and use Excel to filter it. There is a problem with the filter on the Usage page and it might not work correctly on some situation.

@Vogellisi usually your viewing a cached old page.. use incognito to verify
