Data speeds reduced to 512Kbps ?

Cut and pasted this "Data speeds reduced to a maximum of 512Kbps after your included high-speed data bucket is exhausted."

Does this mean that on the $15 NO DATA plan you would have data at 512kps  if you exhaust a $5 data add on?

Thanks for clarifying -- since I mostly use wifi I almost made the mistake of downgrading to the $15 plan.

You wouldn't have been able to downgrade to the $15 plan as it's currently only available for "new activations".  Cheapest plan available to existing customers is the $19 plan with 1GB data.

@Wayworn , only 5G speed plans that do not have US roaming included are provided with unlimited throttled data.
