Data shut off but I havent used it all.

My Data was shut off today saying that I used all 500 MB up but i only got the plan last saturday so thought that was odd. I logged into self serve and according to my usage I have only used 23MB?

Perfect thanks I’m new to the online community so wasn’t sure the best way to contact a moderator.

The data meter showing in the overview page is legal tender.  It is more than accurate, it is the official meter.  I doubt that any customer can challenge the validity of that measurement.

The overview can contain multiple pages of usage.  The overview is the summation of all usage.  When all the data is used up, there is no longer mention of data in the overview.  It is a quirk in the system in terms of how information is displayed in the overview.  Given that there is no mention of data, the data allotment for the payment interval has been consumed.  This is why data no longer works.

Haven’t done any streaming at all and don’t have data over wifi enabled.

@BizzyWilkins, in the overview tab are you seeing something like 23/500MB?  If you see no reference to any data then you have used it all up.
