I have just purchased the US roaming for 3 GB data, call and text but on my account it shows the add ons are there but they are not working on my phone and say I’ve used 0% of them I would like to know how to fix this

On your phone under network settings:
-turn Data Roaming on
-set Preferred Network to 4G/LTE (not 5G)
-ensure your connection type is automatic and that you're connected to AT&T or T-Mobile

in settings, make sure Roaming Data is enabled.
ed...you're currently in US...right ? For talk, you're gonna want to make sure phone is connecting to T-Mobile or AT&T for talk
