DATA NOT WORKING

I ADDED 3GB OF DATA TODAY 

IT DOESNT WORK. IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME TO HAVE DATA AT THAT TIME BUT IT NEER WORKED WHAT TO DO. SAID 15 DAYS FOR 3 GB UNUSED AND THE PLAN THAT I HAVE EXPIRES ON 29TH AND THE 250MB ARE DONE.

THE 3 GB THAT WERE PURCHASED ARE JUST FOR SHOW ON PROFILE BUT NOT WORKING,

are you aware that data you bought is for your use while in USA ? You'll have 3GB's of data for your use for 15days (360 hours) while in US. In phone settings, ensure that Data Roaming is enabled.

If it's a 15 at add-on, that means to purchase a US roaming add-on. Are you in the US?

@Racecar1 first try reboot your phone

Also, if you are on Android, make sure you don't have any data limite set.  Check if you have something like this enabld, disable it if so
