Data purchase not received

I purchased an extra 1GB of data and paid you $15 for it, but it had not been add to my account. I’m now out of data and need it please

@Tony21  Reboot the phone and check like this 

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

@Tony21 - can you check your payment history to see if the addon was charged to your account? If only the funds were added, then go and add the addon from the available funds.

Log in your My Account through an incognito mode tab, sometimes there are cache issues.

If you see the addon restart your phone.  Does data work after this?

Click the little spinner refresh icon by the Shop Add-ons button to see if it shows up. Do you see the transaction in your payment history? Is it possibly the US Roaming 1gb?

@Tony21  To avoid you were only checking old cached info, please login My Account again using Incognito mode and check if the addin is there.  Also check if Payment history shows you have it purchased

If it shows there, try to reboot the phone once

if you have an Android, make sure you don't have data limiter enabled.
