Data only plan for cell phone

Hi, I have an older Samsung smart phone and want to use it for in car navigation rather than spending money on a seperate GPS like Garmin or a Tom Tom. Does anyone know if I purchase a SIM card, if cheap(ie under $20) data plans exist with PM? I would need no more than 10gb at the absolute most of data a month ,and actually probably no more than 5 to be honest.  I am looking at other providers but would prefer to stick with PM(I wasn't seeing any options through my current account.

As a new activation, there are some cheaper plans available:

$19 for 1 GB, $25 for 4GB, $35 for 10 GB

To be honest, not very attractive deals at the present time for lower priced plans.  

What you see in your PM account is the personalized offered plans for your account. Usually the offered plans are more expensive than your original plan.

there are currently, no data only plans...but have a look at the plans that are available...there could be something you could use even with talk and text.
